At Wholesale Mastery, LLC ("we," "our," "us"), we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users, customers, and affiliates to do the same.
This DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy describes how we handle claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Copyright Infringement Notifications (Takedown Requests)
If you believe that content hosted on our website or distributed via our programs infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA Notice to our designated agent (listed below). The notification must include the following:
Required Information:
Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address
A detailed description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
The exact URL or description of where the allegedly infringing material is located
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner (or authorized to act on their behalf)
Your physical or electronic signature

What Happens After We Receive a Valid DMCA Notice
Once we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice:
We will investigate the claim promptly.
If the material is hosted on our servers or platforms we control, we may temporarily remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
We will notify the content uploader or user and provide them with a copy of your notice.
If they believe the takedown was issued in error, they may submit a Counter-Notice (see below).
Counter-Notification Process (If You Believe a Mistake Was Made)
If your content was removed due to a DMCA takedown and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification to our DMCA agent.
Your Counter-Notice Must Include:
Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address
A clear identification of the content that was removed and its location prior to removal
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district of our company address if outside the U.S.)Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content in 10–14 business days
unless the original complainant files a lawsuit against you.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate access to our website, courses, services, or programs for any user found to be a repeat infringer of copyrighted content.
No Unauthorized Use of Our Content
All original content on our websites, training platforms, videos, templates, and digital materials is protected by U.S. and international copyright law.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Course modules and video lessons
Downloadable files (e.g., PDFs, SOPs, scripts, templates)
Coaching session recordings
Branding elements (logos, layouts, voiceovers)
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any of our intellectual property without express written permission. Doing so may result in legal action and immediate termination of access.
